Bad interfaces are expensive twice: once when you build them, and again when support absorbs the confusion they cause. Almost always the cause is the same — design started with screens instead of with what the user was trying to accomplish.
We work the other way. Research first, even if that means five user interviews rather than fifty. Then flows, then low-fidelity wireframes to argue about structure cheaply, then visual design once the structure is settled. Prototypes are clickable so stakeholders react to something real rather than to a static image.
Accessibility is built in rather than audited afterwards: contrast ratios checked, focus states designed, touch targets sized, and every interaction reachable by keyboard. You get a component library and dev-ready specs, so engineering builds what was designed instead of an approximation of it.
