Everything you need to know
31 answers covering how we work, what it costs, and what happens if it does not go to plan. Can't find yours? Ask us directly — we answer personally.
Getting started
Onboarding typically takes 5–7 business days.
We ask about your goals, what you have already tried, what your numbers look like now, and what a good outcome would be in six months. There is no deck and no pitch. You leave the call with an honest read on whether we are the right fit, and we follow up with a scoped plan within one business day.
Yes. We have plans scaled for every stage, and a good deal of our work is with founders and small teams. What matters more than size is whether there is a clear outcome to aim at and a realistic budget for reaching it.
Yes. We are based in Haridwar, Uttarakhand and work with clients across India, the Middle East, the UK and North America. Calls are scheduled in your timezone and we invoice in your currency where needed.
Access to your existing accounts (website, ads, analytics, CRM), any brand assets you have, and time with whoever knows the business best — usually a founder or head of marketing. We handle everything from there.
Services
Start with one. Most engagements begin with a single service — usually the one blocking growth right now — and expand only when there is a reason to. We will tell you when adding something else would help and when it would just be spend.
It depends on where the bottleneck is. No traffic means SEO or paid; traffic that does not convert means the site or conversion optimisation; leads that do not close means CRM and follow-up. The first call is largely about identifying which of those you actually have.
Yes, and it is common. We audit first and show you exactly what is working, what is wasting money and what needs rebuilding, before agreeing a plan. We do not disparage the previous team — we just show you the account.
Both. Design, copywriting, video editing and motion graphics are all produced in house, which is why campaigns ship on schedule rather than waiting on a third party.
Yes. Web, e-commerce and app development sit alongside the marketing services, and having the same team on both removes the usual argument about whether it is a traffic problem or a site problem.
Yes — we have plans scaled for every stage.
Pricing & contracts
No. Media budget is paid by you directly to Google, Meta or whichever platform you are using, so you keep full visibility and control. Our fee covers strategy, build, creative and management, and is quoted separately.
Never. Management is a flat monthly fee agreed up front. A percentage model rewards an agency for spending more of your money, which is the opposite of the incentive you want.
No. Retainers run month to month with 30 days notice. We would rather earn the next month than hold you to a twelve-month term you regret in the third.
You keep everything: ad accounts, pixels, audiences, code, designs, content and data all stay in your name. We hand over documentation and access, and there is no exit fee.
Yes. The published plans cover the most common shapes of engagement; anything larger, multi-brand or with unusual requirements is scoped and quoted individually. Ask on the first call.
Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance; project work is typically split across milestones. We accept bank transfer, UPI and card, and international clients can be invoiced in their own currency.
For paid media, below roughly ₹75,000 a month in ad spend there is rarely enough data to optimise meaningfully, and we will say so rather than take the retainer. For project work there is no minimum beyond the scope itself.
Process & reporting
A written summary every week and a call at whatever cadence suits you — usually fortnightly or monthly. Between those, you have one point of contact reachable on WhatsApp, email or phone, not a ticket queue.
Spend, leads or sales, cost per outcome, and how those trend against the target we agreed. Channel metrics are included as diagnostics. Where a month went badly, the report says so and explains what we are changing.
Paid media usually shows meaningful efficiency gains between weeks four and eight. SEO moves on technical fixes within weeks and on content and authority from month three to six. Development projects have fixed dated milestones. We give you a realistic timeline before you commit, not an optimistic one.
A named specialist for the work and a single point of contact throughout. We deliberately stay small so there is no hand-off to a junior team after the pitch.
We tell you, in the report, before you have to ask. Then we either change the approach or tell you the channel is wrong for your business. We would rather lose a retainer than keep billing for something that is not paying back.
AI & automation
Specific things: chatbots and voice agents that answer from your own documentation, automations that remove manual data entry, models that forecast demand or score leads, and AI-assisted content drafting with a human editor. Where a plain rule works better than a model, we use the rule and say so.
We use enterprise API tiers where your inputs are not used to train models, and we can deploy inside your own cloud environment where policy or regulation requires it. We will never put client data into a consumer chatbot.
Unedited bulk output will, because it is generic. Everything we publish goes through a human editor who adds specifics, checks facts and cuts filler. Google evaluates whether content is useful, not which tool produced the first draft.
Often not, and we will tell you. Plenty of businesses get more from fixing their tracking or their follow-up process than from any model. AI is a tool we reach for when it is the right one, not a product we need you to buy.
Support
Within one business day, and usually much sooner. Urgent issues — a site down, an ad account suspended — are handled immediately.
Monday to Saturday, 10am to 7pm IST. Outside those hours we monitor for critical issues, and clients in other timezones get calls scheduled to suit them.
Every build includes 30 days of post-launch support for fixes and small changes. After that you can move to a maintenance plan covering updates, monitoring, backups and ongoing improvements, or take it in house with full documentation.
Yes. Anything we hand over — a CMS, a CRM, an automation, a design system — comes with a training session and written documentation, so your team is not dependent on us to run it.
Still have a question?
Send it over. You will get a straight answer from someone who does the work, not a sales rep reading from a script.
