Who we are

Kashavi Infotech ("Kashavi", "we", "us") is a digital marketing and technology company registered in India, operating from Dhoom Singh Enclave, Near Care College of Nursing, Rohaldi, Bahadrabad, Haridwar, Uttarakhand.

This policy explains what personal information we collect through kashaviinfotech.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what control you have over it. It applies to visitors to this website and to people who contact us. Where we process data on behalf of a client as part of a marketing engagement, that client is the data controller and their own policy applies.

Information we collect

We only collect what we need. There are three ways information reaches us:

• Information you give us directly — your name, email address, phone number, company and message when you submit the contact form, request a consultation, subscribe to the newsletter, or leave a review. The contact form also asks for an approximate budget range, which is optional.
• Information collected automatically — IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed and approximate location, gathered through cookies and analytics to operate, secure and improve the site.
• Information from the platforms we manage for clients — where you have engaged us, we access your advertising, analytics and CRM accounts under permissions you grant, purely to deliver the agreed work.

How we use your information

We use personal information for the following purposes and no others:

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
• To deliver the services you have engaged us for, and to invoice you for them.
• To send the newsletter, where you have explicitly subscribed. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link.
• To publish a review you have voluntarily submitted, after checking it is not spam.
• To understand how the website is used so we can improve it.
• To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.

What we never do

To be unambiguous about the things people most often worry about:

• We do not sell your personal information to anyone, ever.
• We do not add you to a marketing list because you sent us an enquiry. Enquiring is not subscribing.
• We do not enrol you in an automated sales sequence if you decide not to work with us.
• We do not put client data into consumer AI chatbots. Where AI tools are used in delivery, we use enterprise tiers on which inputs are not used to train models.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences (such as light or dark theme) and to understand how the site is used through privacy-respecting analytics.

Analytics data is aggregated and used to see which pages are useful and where visitors drop off. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the site remains fully functional without them, though your theme preference will not persist.

Who we share information with

We share personal information only with service providers that make the site and our services work, and only to the extent required. These currently include our hosting and infrastructure provider, our email delivery provider, our analytics provider and, where relevant to a client engagement, the advertising and CRM platforms you have asked us to operate.

Where your data is stored

Our application and database are hosted on cloud infrastructure. Some of our service providers operate outside India, which means your information may be transferred and stored outside your country of residence. Where that happens, we rely on the provider’s contractual safeguards for international transfers.

If you have a data residency requirement, tell us before the engagement begins — for most services we can arrange for processing to remain within a specified region.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and consultation requests are retained for up to 24 months so we can pick up a conversation where it left off, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Client records are retained for the duration of the engagement plus the period required by Indian tax and accounting law. Published reviews remain until you ask us to remove them.

How we protect it

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to our systems requires authentication and is limited to team members who need it for their role. Passwords are hashed, session tokens are short-lived and rotated, and administrative access is role-restricted.

No system is perfectly secure, but we apply current, reasonable safeguards and keep dependencies patched. If a breach ever affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authority without undue delay.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, or stop using it for a particular purpose. You can withdraw consent for marketing at any time, and you can ask for a copy of your data in a portable format.

Children

Our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Material changes affecting how we use your information will be communicated directly to affected clients and subscribers.
